Take two ordinary guys who wanted to become “not so ordinary”. Both Dave and Joe enlisted into the military at a young age. Both served during times of war and conflict. Both honorably separated from the military to pursue their respective careers. Both have worked in the defense, corporate, and higher education sectors. Both decided to attend college. Both earned doctorate degrees in their fields of study. Both started their own businesses. Both are published authors. And both have taken the long and scenic routes throughout their careers. So, what propelled them from ordinary to not so ordinary? It was their conscious decision to become the best they could be in their personal and professional lives. Equipped with decades of experience, Dave and Joe have become experts in assisting others navigate through their careers and preparing them for the potential challenges they may experience along the way.

In September 2016, Dr. Joe Hamlett and Dr. Dave Peltz connected on a professional networking site based upon their shared interest and commitment to professional development. Needless to say, after an extensive number of hours discussing their career challenges and successes, a “biz-mance” was created. These in-depth conversations led Joe and Dave to launch the Journeys Of Not So Ordinary People weekly podcast (aka. JONSOP) where they discuss various topics centered around personal and professional development. This partnership then led to the eventual creation of Epsilon Professional Development Solutions, LLC.
