The idea for this series of books stemmed from my desire to assist others in their personal growth and development. This book is the culmination of the three previous books in the personal growth and development book series. All my life, my goal has been to support people in fulfilling their goals and dreams. Having recently been successful in both my personal and professional life, I would like to help others achieve their objectives. This book highlights key elements that are proven to positively contribute to personal growth and development, as observed by Dr. Joseph E. Hamlett.
Dr. Hamlett has spent most of his adult life motivating and inspiring others to reach beyond what is directly in front of them. In this third and final book in this series he provides the reader with additional proven practices to assist them in reaching their goals, their full potential and beyond. “Committed to the Process” encourages you to stay focused thereby resulting in remaining in the “Exceptional” state you have discovered since beginning this journey.
Dr. Hamlett has spent most of his adult life motivating and inspiring others to reach beyond what is directly in front of them. In this second book he provides the reader with additional proven practices to assist them in reaching their goals, their full potential and beyond. To go “From Ordinary to Exceptional” is a huge and commendable feat, what is even more amazing is the ability to maintain focus for a sustained period of time in order to remain in that “Exceptional” state.
One of the main reasons for writing this book is because I truly believe I have something unique to offer others. All my life my goal has been to support people in fulfilling their goals and dreams. Having recently been successful in both my personal and professional life, I would like to help others achieve their objectives. This book highlights key elements that are proven to positively contribute to personal growth and development as observed by Dr. Joseph E. Hamlett.
The idea for this book stemmed from my desire to assist others in their transition to becoming a positively impactful leader. Having recently completed a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Organizational Leadership has further solidified my commitment to assisting others in becoming great leaders. In addition to my 30 years of military service, 16 years of corporate knowledge, training and experience, I continue to build my information pool as an Affiliate Faculty Member teaching graduate-level leadership and business courses. Over the years, I have been exposed to many different leadership styles and approaches. That exposure has helped me refine my approach to leading others. This book looks at one of many leadership models designed to assist leaders in developing their own style and approach to effective leadership.

This edited collection addresses several forms of moral leadership within the context of kenosis, bringing together both secular and biblical perspectives on the role of morality and self-sacrifice in effective leadership theory and practice. The contributors apply various leadership theories in the analysis of sacred texts in order to uncover unique insights into the biblical truth about leadership. Their analysis moves away from egotistical leadership focused on self-aggrandizement and provides a new model for leadership - one characterized by morality, authenticity, and service. True Leadership will benefit scholars, researchers, and students interested in values-based leadership and seeking to enrich their understanding of organizational behavior and leadership development.

As individuals progress through each stage of life, they continue to learn and grow intellectually. However, what may be a conducive learning environment for a child may not be as effective for an adult, creating a need to understand how to aid adults in being successful learners in their later life. Multicultural Andragogy for Transformative Learning provides a diverse collection of positions related to adult learning. The book touches on a variety of topics including autonomous learning as a transformative experience, mixing cultures through intercultural methodology, and integrating cultural perspectives into organizational learning. As a publication with a focus on andragogy, this proves a useful resource for academicians, higher education administrators, and educators who teach both traditional and non-traditional students in higher education.
Dr. Peltz has had the fortunate honor of serving in our nation’s military on three different occasions over a 16-year period. These fundamental experiences were springboards into the civilian way of life. Each transition into the civilian sector came with its own unique career positioning challenges. He shares his insights, observations, and lessons learned with military members, veterans, and civilians to help them better position their careers for maximum opportunity. He ensures everyone he communicates his journey with leaves with the realization that they can accomplish any of their goals with the right preparation and perspective. This book is a MUST HAVE for anyone who has ever encountered personal and professional challenges when trying to successfully position their careers.
